No, this is suitable for all!
What should I bring with me?
Just yourself, wearing your training gear. There are no changing facilities and we will be going ahead no matter what the weather.
Is it Covid safe?
Yes. We are allowed up to a maximum of 30 participants, who must all be socially distancing. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you are distancing from others in the group. The session will be set up to allow for a lot of space in which to do this.
